Goffee Content Writer

In this role I created stories that would market Goffee to New Yorkers. I was responsible for attending meetings, and organizing timelines of creative projects, as well as conceptualizing creative goals of the team.

I have taken nearly a dozen courses centered around Journalism during my time at University. I believe that these courses provide me with a foundation of knowledge, and more importantly a framework and lens through which to think. Additionally I sought concentrations in politics, marketing, and art history. Making these writing styles very familiar to me. My knowledge of journalism allows me to have a unique skill set that I think could be beneficial to any team. I have learned invaluable skills during my time studying, such as how to network and ingrain myself into a subject, in a way that new connections emerge and provide depth to a story.

My responsibilities within this role were to produce at least three articles per week of my own research and writing. I was also tasked with many field assignments including music venues, and New York Fashion Week, where I would conduct interviews with artists and extract original reporting. I gained experience using WordPress, and to employ SEO and keyword tools.
